A media kit that keeps up with you
Connect your platforms once. Your followers, viewers and watch time update every day, right on your page, ready to send to sponsors.
What is a media kit?
A media kit is a short, one-page introduction to you as a creator, written for brands and sponsors. It shows who you are, who your audience is, how big that audience is and how engaged they are, so a brand can quickly decide whether working with you makes sense.
Think of it as your creator CV. When a brand asks "can you send over your stats?", your media kit is the answer.
What goes in a media kit?
A good media kit answers the questions every sponsor asks before they reply:
Who you are: your name, a photo, and a line or two about what you make and who it's for. Your profile already handles a lot of the heavy lifting here.
Where you post: each platform you're on, with a link to it.
How big your audience is: followers and subscribers on each platform, plus a total.
How engaged they are: the numbers that show people actually watch. For streamers that's average viewers and hours watched; for video creators, views and watch time.
How you're growing: followers gained recently, so brands can see momentum, not just a snapshot.
How to reach you: an easy way to get in touch about a collaboration.
Many creators also add past brand partnerships, the kinds of collaborations they offer, and their audience's interests or locations.
For streamers, follower counts alone don't tell a sponsor much about a stream. Brands look at average concurrent viewers (how many people are watching at once), hours watched, and followers gained over the last month. Those show how many people will actually see a sponsored segment.
Why are media kits useful?
It gets you taken seriously. Brands receive a lot of pitches. A clear media kit shows you're professional and saves them chasing you for numbers.
It speeds up deals. Everything a brand needs is in one place, so you skip the back and forth and get to "yes" faster.
It helps you charge fairly. When your reach and engagement are laid out clearly, it's easier to back up what you charge.
It works for small creators too. You don't need a huge following. Brands increasingly look for smaller, engaged audiences in a specific niche, and a media kit makes that case for you.
It's not just for sponsors. Send it to event organizers, other creators you want to collaborate with, agencies, and anyone booking you.
Where Doras helps
Historically, if you didn't have a media kit platform such as Doras, users generally created PDFs and shared those to potential sponsors. There's a problem with that; PDF media kits are out of date the day you send it, and screenshots are easy to doubt. On Doras, your media kit is a block on your page. We pull your numbers straight from each platform every day, shows when each one was last updated, and lives at the same link you already put in your bio. Send sponsors dor.as/yourname and they always see today's numbers, with the knowledge that a reputable source is the one who fetched it, and not some doctored numbers and screenshots.
